William W. Morse (Bill)
Founder and Chairman
Bill is an educator, businessman, and humanitarian from America. He attended Kemper Military College and graduated with a BS in Education from Texas Christian University, majoring in history, education, and economics. He later pursued advanced business studies at Northeastern University. After serving as a 2nd Lieutenant in the U.S. Army Military Police Corps (1970–1971), Bill took on leadership positions in the private sector, such as Vice President of Catamount Manufacturing and President of Roean Industries.
In 2004, he established the Landmine Relief Fund, which has raised over $8 million to support humanitarian projects in Cambodia. He co-founded Cambodian Self Help Demining (CSHD), a fully Cambodian demining NGO licensed in 2008, and currently chairs its Board of Directors. Additionally, he advises the Rural Schools Village Program, which has built 32 schools and initiated agriculture and education projects, providing scholarships to many Cambodian students.
Bill’s vision for CSHD was fulfilled in 2023 when it became an independently operated organization.

Leonard Kaminski (Ski)
Member
New Zealand-born, Ski brings over thirty years of experience in Mine Action and international operations. He served as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the NZ Military from 1985 to 1995, participating in his initial deployment to Cambodia in 1991 as a Mine Clearance Instructor for the UN mission.
He has since developed a lasting connection to Cambodia while executing Mine Action contracts globally. He earned a Diploma in Accounting Principles from NZ Polytech in 1998 and an MBA in International Business from Waikato University in 1999. His distinctive combination of operational expertise and financial acumen makes him a pivotal leader in both field operations and risk management within the humanitarian mine action sector.

Day Roy Willard (Roy)
Member
Roy is a highly experienced Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) specialist with over 30 years of experience in the military, humanitarian, and private sectors. He currently serves as an EOD Training Advisor for Golden West Humanitarian Foundation. From 2020 to 2024, he led Ravens Challenge in Thailand, organizing international EOD training exercises. Roy has also worked in Vietnam and Cambodia with Golden West and Global Security Solutions, and served over a decade in the Washington Army National Guard, reaching the rank of Master Sergeant. He brings deep operational expertise, leadership, and a strong commitment to global mine action.

PRIN Sophanit (Phanit)
Member
PRIN Sophanit is a skilled Cambodian development professional with extensive experience in program management, education, and nonprofit leadership. She earned an MBA from Build Bright University and is currently pursuing a second MBA at the University of the People. Since 2019, she has been the Program Officer and Country Representative for Free to Shine. Her past positions include Director at the Learning Foundation, Co-program Manager at EGBOK Mission, and Program Director at Life and Hope Association. From 2010 to 2022, she also served part-time as a Finance Advisor for Cambodian Self Help Demining (CSHD). Demonstrating a strong commitment to community service, Sophanit has been a volunteer with Rotary Wheels for Learning since 2011 and was a Rotarian with the Rotary Club of Angkor from 2008 to 2016.

TAN SENARONG (Narong)
Member
Tan Senarong is a Cambodian legal expert and former civil servant with extensive expertise in justice and governance. Since 1994, he has worked with the Ministry of Justice and the Office of the Prosecutor at the Phnom Penh Court of Appeal. He possesses legal and administrative training and is proficient in both Russian and English. His enduring career in public service and active participation in legal reform initiatives demonstrate his dedication to reinforcing the rule of law in Cambodia.
